Through our Service we provide tools that enable our users to create and participate in self-guided experiences ("experience", "tour", "game", "Goodwalk") at venues that include, but are not limited to, private enterprises (such as coffee shops and bars), hotels, convention centers, public parks, and public places such as walkways, town squares, and recreation areas.
We do not supervise these experiences and are not involved in the transportation to and from the experience, your interactions with other participants, or the actions of any individuals during or related to the experience. You should exercise common sense when navigating to places, such as crossing safely at pedestrian crossings and avoiding any dangers on your path.
By participating in an experience, you and any other participants take full responsibility for your own safety and well being.
By using our Service, you agree that neither Travel VC Pty Ltd nor any person associated with us will be liable to you or any other participant for any direct or indirect damages that arise in any way. You agree to communicate this liability to any person that you invite to participate in an experience or use our Service.

The opinions expressed using our Service, or on media linked to our Service are not necessarily ours or our affiliates’. By using our Service you agree that any information, tips or advice offered by any other users of the Website are not the view of Travel VC Pty Ltd, and any use of the Service will be at your own risk.
